Let’s Bring Our Chapter Back

The Epsilon Eta Alumni Association (EHAA) was established to support the Epsilon Eta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Eastern Michigan University.

We’re raising funds to cover reactivation fees and jumpstart chapter operations as we work to reestablish the chapter.

A Brief History

Epsilon Eta is the 316th house of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, chartered on Friday, June 5, 1959, at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI.

Eight visionary men: Brother Oval Cotton, Brother Charles R. Johnson, Brother Thaddeuss Jones, Brother William D. Ovid, Brother James Stephens, Brother Colonel William J. Stephens, Brother Ellis Stewart, and Brother Robert E. Williams answered the call to expand the legacy of Alpha.

Known as the Elite 8, these distinguished founders laid the foundation for a chapter built on excellence, leadership, and purpose.
